Frequency conversion control cabinet
The frequency conversion control cabinet, also known as the frequency conversion cabinet, is a control cabinet that uses frequency converters to drive power devices.
The frequency conversion cabinet is a control cabinet that has been changed from a traditional power cabinet or control cabinet to a frequency conversion control cabinet. The main core component is the frequency converter, and the accessories include an ammeter, frequency meter, voltmeter, button, intermediate relay, circuit breaker, indicator light, cabinet frame, etc. When the frequency conversion cabinet is a frequency converter dragging an electric motor, abbreviated as "one driven one", it is generally composed of the above parts, But if a frequency converter is required to drive multiple motors, it is called a one to many frequency converter cabinet, which also includes time delay relays, thermal relays, contactors, etc.
The frequency conversion cabinet is mainly used to adjust the working frequency of the equipment, reduce energy loss, and can smoothly start the equipment, reducing the damage to the motor caused by the large current generated during direct starting of the equipment. At the same time, it comes with analog input (for speed control or feedback signals), PID control, pump switching control (for constant pressure), communication function, macro function (with different parameter settings for different occasions), multi stage speed, and so on.
The main functions of the variable frequency control cabinet
1. Compared with traditional control motors, energy conservation is of practical significance when using energy saving frequency converters to control motors. The operating conditions of motors supplied based on water injection and oil delivery requirements are economical, which can save 48.8% of electricity
2. The reduction of operating costs for traditional motors consists of three components: initial procurement cost, maintenance cost, and energy cost. The energy cost accounts for approximately 77% of the operating cost of the motor. By reducing energy costs by 44.3%, coupled with a reduction in the impact of variable frequency starting on the equipment, maintenance and repair quantities also follow suit, resulting in a significant reduction in operating costs.
3. Improve pressure control accuracy
The variable frequency control system has precise pressure control capability. Match the pressure output of the motor with the required amount of water injection for the system. The output of a variable frequency control motor changes with the speed of the motor. Due to the improved accuracy of variable frequency control of motor speed, it can maintain the system pressure change of the pipeline network within the range of 3pisg, which is within the range of 0.2bar, effectively improving the quality of the working conditions.
4. The noise of the motor is reduced according to the requirements of the motor's operating conditions. After installing variable frequency speed regulation, the motor's operating speed is significantly slowed down, thus effectively reducing the noise during motor operation.
